Resonance Labs is a personal AI assistant designed to help you:

• Track and achieve your personal goals

Data and Integrations

By connecting third-party services (such as Notion, Gmail, etc.) to Resonance Labs, you grant us permission to access and process the data you choose to share for the purpose of providing our services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Resonance Labs:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

Limitation of Liability

Resonance Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
